Not a betting site. KickTip does not take or place bets, does not link to sportsbooks, and has no sportsbook affiliates, ads, bonuses or promo codes.

Information and entertainment only. Predictions, win probabilities, chances, spreads and lines are produced by a statistical model or, where labeled, summarized from a public data service. They are estimates and can be wrong.

Model line and market consensus. The "Model line, KickTip analysis (not a market line)" is our own number. The "Market consensus (The Odds API)" is the median of point spreads listed by a third-party data service, shown with a time in MT. It is not our line, may be out of date, and is not an offer or a recommendation.

Not advice or a guarantee. Words like "lock" or "in with wins" describe the model's output, not a certainty. Nothing here is financial, legal or gambling advice.

No recommendation to bet. We do not recommend using any KickTip material to place a bet of any kind. If you choose to gamble anyway, you do so on your own judgment, and only where it is legal for you.

Your own risk; no liability. You use KickTip at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, KickTip and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using or relying on this site.

Your choice in this browser

If you choose a different model, we save that choice on this device so it is remembered next visit. Nothing is sent to us. You are asked again on a new browser session, after 12 hours, or when the disclaimer version changes. KickTip uses no cookies and no analytics. The acceptance gate controls the pages and tools; the underlying data files are public.

What we store on your device

Your disclaimer acceptance and, if you pick a model other than the default, which model you picked (one word, kept only on this device). We do not collect it. Clear this site's data in your browser, or choose 'Use the default model', to remove it.
